Best Rods and Enchants for Leveling in Fisch
The overallbest rodsfor levelinginFisch(First Sea)are theChallenger’s Rod,the Tempest Rod, andthe No-Life Rod.Challenger’s Rod is the bestbecause of its high stats and 20% Speed Progress, which makes catching those difficult fish a lot easier. This means you may simply add an XP enchant without handicapping yourself. The Tempest Rod is very similar to the Challenger’s Rod, only it has a 15% Speed Progress. The No-Life Rod has amazing stats, the stun of the Trident Rod, but is also pretty difficult to get (you need to level up to 500).
Now, forenchants, the best option isClever or Insight.Insight boosts your XP gain by 1.5 times while the Clever enchant gives you a 2,25 extra XP. These bonuses also stack with other Xp buffs, such as the gamepass or even the double XP events. To make the process even faster, we recommend you use a Rapid Cathing bait.
Best Leveling Locations & Methods in Fisch
Veil of the Forsaken
Currently,the final and best zone for fishing. It’snot only a great source of XPbut adecent money farming spot, too. The best thing about it? Whenever aScylla hunt starts,you are already there. If you have this zone unlocked and have nothing to do, there’s no reason not to gain levels here.
Grand Reef
If you haven’t made much progress inFischand want to start leveling fast, you likely won’t find an easier place than the Grand Reef. Because of how easy it is to catch the Legendary and Mythical fish,you can sometimes gain a level with every 4th or 5th cast; it’s that good. During XP weekends, we used to gain over 100 levels by only fishing here without even using any lures.
Forsaken Shore Captain’s Goldfish Pond – Best Way to Reach Max Level in Fisch
Farming Captain’s Goldfish on the Forsaken Shoreis still thebest leveling methodinFisch. The spot where you should fish is thewaterfall pondat –2685, 165, 1770. This is also thebest money-farming spotin the game.
The Depths Farming
The Depthscontain not only one of the most OP rods in Fisch,Rod of the Depths, but also one of thebest leveling spots. you’re able to fishanywherein this area, and you’ll earn plenty of EXP. Also, make sure to fish in theAncient Depth Serpent abundancethat spawns during the darkness event. You’ll recognize it by theyellow-glowing water.
Ancient Isle Farming
There are plenty of good mythical fish on theAncient Isle, and all of them have good EXP. Also, if you farm there, you’ll be close to theMegalodon event spawn, which you’ll have to do a lot to get all the Megalodon variations and complete the bestiary.
Harvester’s Spike (Deep Ocean) Fishing
There is not much to say about theHarvester’s Spike, as it’s not only good forlevelingbut alsoone of the best money-farming spotsinFisch. The fish you’ll be targeting here areOarfish, Colossal Squids, and afew large legendaries. The exact farming spot is at-845, 130, 1235, and the best rod to use is theTrident Rod.
Roslit Bay Fishing
Manta Rays,Crown Bass, andDumbo Octopusesare all easy to catch andsolid sources of XP. The best spot to farm them is theRoslit Bay coral area(-1565, 137, 600).Destiny Rod,Aurora Rod, and theTrident Rodare all viable choices.
Snowcap Island Fishing
Thecave at Snowcap Island(2840, 130, 2670) is thebest spot for farmingColossal SquidsinFisch, making it asolid spot for leveling, too. There are also other mythics and legendaries you may catch here, but the XP they give isn’t special. Thebest rodto use here is theTrident Rod.
Aurora Spamming (Requires a Group)
SpammingAurora Totemsand farming rare fish atHarvester’s Pikeis by far themost efficient method of leveling with a rodinFisch. However, it requires you toorganize a bunch of peoplewho are willing to do it together with you.
Besides the Harvester’s Pike, theDesolate Deep(best catch is Barbed Shark and Emperor Jellyfish) and theBrine Pool(best catch is Eyefestation andSpectral Serpent) are alsogood farming spots.
Crab Cage Farming (Nerfed)
Crab Cage farming in theDesolate Deepwas one of thebest ways to earn XP and level upinFisch. However, with thenerfed crab-cage placementand worse overall earnings from Sea Mines, it has become fairlyredundant. Still, here is how to do it in case the developers choose to revert the nerfs:
