Sure, this generalPokkén Tournamenttrailer is a little less balls to the wall exciting than seeingLuchador Pikachu doing a Stone Cold Stunner, but, hey, there’s some Gardevoir action going on, eh?
The Bandai Namco-developed fighting game is in Japanese arcades now and is coming to the Wii U worldwide in early 2016. Chris and I played it just last month at Tokyo Game Show and weresurprised by the depth. Each pocket monster has a surprising number of moves. It’s nice to see a non-conventional, new take on a one-on-one fighter, and with thePokémonlicense, it should do well.
