$3M prize pool up for grabs
Hey there my fellowDota 2fans, it’s been too long! I’ve fallen out of the scene in the past couple of months, but with the recent release of theBattle Pass, which included the upcoming Compendium for the next International, I’ve been sucked back in. Evidently everyone plays strength heroes now because Armlet is the best.
Anyway, the Manila Major started today! While the prize pool is locked at ameasly$3 million (last year’s crowdfunded International was over $18M), I could not be more excited to be watchingDota 2again. I pretty much fumbled my way through the Battle Pass predictions, but I’ve got my hopes up for Team Liquid’s success here.
It should be noted that therealmeat of the tournament begins on June 7th, and that these are just preliminary group stages.
