Guessing that’s referring to Automatons
Hey everyone, good news. We can finally stop calling the nextNieRgame placeholder titles likeNieR 2orThe New Nier Project.
According to an interview withJapanese site GamesTalk, the upcomingNieRgame we saw teased at E3 is going to be calledNeiR Automatain Japan. While the name will likely be different in English, it seems that much like the original game,NieR Automatais a reference to robots and mechanical creatures.
Personally, I thinkNieR Automata, while not super easily marketed in English, is a pretty damn cool name for a game. What do you all think?
