Relax and let go

SoundSelfwas one of the more interesting experiences I had at PAX, or any other convention for that matter. I put on the Oculus Rift, the headset, and then hummed into the microphone where the visuals and audio would react to my voice. And for about a minute there, I completely forgot I was in a loud convention center with thousands of people all around me.

That’sSoundSelfin a nutshell. Creator Robin Arnott explained to Jonathan Holmes how he wanted to create something that’s just focused on how games in general can put us into a trance-like state. I’ve never been able to mediate no matter how many times I try, but withSoundSelfI think I can finally let go and relax.
