Almost did a spit-take when I saw this slide into my inbox today. Apparently, Retroism is on the quest to saveBubsy(yes, the platforming feline with radical CATtitude) and wants your help to do it. They’re re-releasing two of Bubsy’s “classic” adventures under the name ofThe Bubsy Two-Furthrough theSteam Greenlight systemand they’re asking you to pitch in and #SaveBubsy with your vote. Strange, I thought the Arcane Kids already did a great job ofbringingBubsyinto the modern age.
All I remember of the originalBubsywas that you could soft-reset the game by holding down some buttons on the second controller and drive your brother insane. Maybe if they included that “feature” in the re-releaseBubsyreally would be worth saving.
