Sonysurveyed10,000 Japanese PlayStation fans (viaGematsu) of all ages to decide the best PlayStation game over the past 20 years andDragon Quest Vtook the top spot (Final Fantasy VIIthe second spot).
Among respondents in their 40’s, however,Resident Eviltook number one, withDragon Quest Vdropping down to two. Among teens,Dragon Quest VIIItook the top spot on a list (understandably) filled out with more PS2/PSP games.
Momotaro Dentetsu 11: Black Bombee Arrives!also placed first in various categories, whileFinal Fantasy VIIwas the most clamored for remake. The poll results in full are below.
