Dark Souls II won best PS3 game

We’re well into the new year, but not everyone’s put 2014 squarely in theirrearviewmirror. PlayStation Blog just finished tallying the votes to determine which games Sony fans were most fond of last year. All PlayStation platforms were considered, and the polls asked players to look both backward and forward.

Destinytook home the biggest prize as Best PS4 Game, beating outDragon Age: Inquisition,inFamous: Second Son, andFar Cry 4in that order. It’s not a PlayStation exclusive, but Sony certainly secured a marketing edge over Xbox on one of the year’s most anticipated titles, essentially ensuring that the install base would be greater.
