But you’ll have to line up for a wrist band to get in. On June 10, Nintendo will host the top 16 players at the NOKIA Theatre (right next door to the Los Angeles Convention Center) for the Super Smash Bros. Invitational. The whole shebang will be streaming on Twitch’s E3 channel and Nintendo’s own channel, but fans that show up dressed as their favorite Smash Bros....

Warns against using exploits for cash Grand Theft Auto Onlinehas returned now that Rockstar’s scheduled maintenance period is over. Some players have in recent times discovered an exploit which allows “game-breaking amounts of in-game cash” to be generated and given out to others — against the recipient’s will, in certain cases — and the company is committed to releasing updates to target these exploits. “Anyone who innocently received GTA$ as a result of these exploits but did not engage in cheating to acquire it will not face any further action — the funds will just be removed, and you’ll be able to keep any items you currently own,” explained Rockstar in a blog post....

Story-focused Tall Tales incoming The longer I stay away fromSea of Thieves, the trickier it is to return. Today’s cinematic trailer for the upcoming Shores of Gold questline leaves me longing to come out of retirement. It’s the kind of thing players have wanted to see Rare lean into since day one, if not well before the March 2018 launch. Even if you haven’t felt invested in the game in a long time, this trailer is still really cool....

‘I’m in it for the money’ Electronic Arts sent out a tweet last week teasing a special Han Solo season in their online shooterStar Wars Battlefront II. The season will tie-in with the upcomingSolomovie, set to tell the origin story of the galaxy’s most dashing rogue. As of yet, EA haven’t revealed any details as to the events and/or content that will be a part of the season, but it’s probably not much of a gamble to expect skins of young Solo and his walking carpet Chewbacca, perhaps some maps from the movie’s locations....
