I’ll be keeping an eye on this one

The premise ofMidBossis a common one (a weak imp wants to be top dog), but the way they actually reach that goal, gameplay-wise, sounds dope.

The concept is that you’ll be constantly possessing strong foes throughout the game, as you embark upon a roguelike adventure. Yes it’s randomly generated each playthrough, which might not appeal to a lot of you folks out there, but the posession element mixed with traps and save-deleting potions sound awesome.

I also dig the sorta-kindaDisgaeaart with its western sensibilities.MidBossis currently targeting a March 2017 release on PC — you’re able to pick up the gist by watching the trailer below.
