Platinum Games has announced a brand new game that may or may not be some form of followup toMadWorld. It’s calledMax Anarchyand it’ll be the studio’s first online combat game.
Max Anarchywill be coming to the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, and a screenshot in Famitsu shows characters battling with chainsaws and torches. Of particular note is the inclusion ofMadWorldprotagonist Jack, which could indicate some sort of franchise continuation. UnlikeMadWorld, this particular game will be in full color.
SEGA will be publishing it in Japan some time this year.
