‘Totally meant to do that’

Folks are still doing amazingly silly things inZelda: Breath of the Wild, and this hapless event from Riyazura proves it. After all, over 40% of our readerswho took ourBreath of the Wildpollstill play it regularly, and 34% go in monthly to mess around in its world.

To parse what’s happening, Riyazura is using the stasis power to hold a large stone in place with the intention of surfing it. Stasis not only stops objects, but also allows them to hold kinetic energy, which, when unleashed, allows Link to fly on it as it propels into the air (they charged it up with several swings of the Sword of the Six Sages, which is quite a bit of oomph). Riyazura’s intention was probably to ride the rock into the sunset in the direction facing the camera.

Instead, he was swept off the rock in comical fashion, only to have it rush backward and take outan entireBokoblin camp in seconds: they even got the reward for it! Incredible.

That went EXACTLY as planned.fromr/Breath_of_the_Wild
