Previously known asMy Identified Flying Object,Bob Came in Piecesis, like I said, essentially a puzzle game. The twist (there’s always a twist) is that successfully solving certain puzzles gives you extra ship parts. Ostensibly, once Bob gets all the pieces of his ship back, he can fly off whatever God-forsaken, puzzle-obsessed rock he’s landed on. The fun part, however, is continuously dismantling and rebuilding your ship to suit your needs. For example, in the trailer, you’ll notice that Bob finds enough suction tubes to attach himself to a comparatively huge wooden crate. Ludosity Interactive seem like creative chaps, and I’m sure there’s something delightfully emergent waiting for you inBob Came in Pieces.
Ok, I’m not “sure” of anything, but I’d be willing to bet it’s kind of fun. At the very least, I like the look of the game — it’s colorful and detailed, and the ice and particle effects are nice to look at. I don’t know if presentation is an indicator of quality, but I have a feeling you can do a lot worse with ten bucks.
