Developer Zeekerss revealed the newLethal CompanyUpdate 47 on theofficial Discord, indicating the update will first be on the beta branch. Lethal CompanyVersion 47 Details
While mostly just bug fixes,Lethal CompanyUpdate Version 47 also includes a few new features. One of the primary bug fixes seems to be that loud horns now attract the attention of Giants, which they didn’t seem to do in the past. This is a big change overall.
Lobby Tags
The new Lobby Tags feature allows you to search for specificLethal Companyserver lobbies. Server owners can add tags to their servers such as Competitive, Casual, etc. This makes it easy to search for specific servers that match the playstyle you are looking for. Using the tag system you’re able to also toggle whether or not you want to search for lobbies with Challenge Moons enabled.
Weekly Challenge Moons
A new mode allows you to enable Weekly Challenge Moons, which is a randomly generated weekly moon that players can play on to rank on leaderboards. Please keep in mind that if your server is set to enable the Challenge Moons, you’re able to only play on that moon and not change your route to another.
With this setting enabled, the seed for the moon will be the same for everyone with the new mode enabled. This means loot will be in the same place for everyone regardless of when you play on that moon.
Once you finish the run on the Weekly Challenge Moon, you will be given a score and a rank. You can then go back to the main menu and look at the leaderboard to see how you match up against your friends.
How to enable Update 47
Unfortunately,Lethal CompanyUpdate Version 47 isn’t available on the full-release build ofLethal Company. Instead, you will need to activate and enable the public beta branch ofLethal Companyto get access to Update 47.
