Here’s a taste of a taste of a game
I have fond memories of going with my friends to a sketchy-ass LAN cafe the year after graduating high school. We’d playBattlefield: Bad Company 2for hours, then go eat some surprisingly good Pad Thai, and then go back to not having jobs and wondering what our futures would bring. This is my long-winded way of saying that I’m excited forBattlefield 1, so of course I begrudgingly devoured the new 15 seconds of footage thatBattlefieldTwitter accountposted today.

Yes, it’s a teaser for a trailer that’ll be at E3 next week, and I know how much you all love that sort of thing. But it sure looks slick! I can’t wait to watch my aging computer chug along at 10 frames per second as steam hisses out of my graphics card and I have to piss on it to keep it from exploding. I’m curious to see if Dice is going to focus on the multiplayer or singleplayer side of things next week. So far, it’s produced themost-liked trailer on YouTube(ever), so maybe those folks know what they’re doing.
