How to use Redemption Codes in Wuthering Waves
The first thing you will need to do is open your main menu, then go to the cog in the bottom corner. From there, go to the small wrench icon in the lower right corner, and you will be able to select the option to redeem a Redemption Code.

And that’s that! Pop in your code and the relevant items will be sent to your in-game mail. To check your mail, open the main menu and then go to the small envelope icon at the bottom. Click on it to open the mail and then claim your items from there.
