How to get more Magicka in Oblivion Remastered
you may increase your Magicka total inOblivion Remasteredby raising your Intelligence stat after leveling up. Like all other stats in the game, you can raise your Intelligence to a maximum of 100. To make the most out of your character, make sure to also invest in Willpower to boost your Magicka regeneration speed.
It’s also possible to boost your Magicka inOblivion Remasteredby equipping enhanced armor, items, or clothing featuring the Fortify Intelligence effect. When in the heat of the moment, you can also raise your total momentarily by drinking potions. If above Alchemy level 50, you can make aFortify Intelligence potionby combining one Carrot and one Clouded Funnel Cap.
How to enchant items in Oblivion Remastered
Enchanting items inOblivion Remasteredis something you can do by either using a Sigil Stone or interacting with an Altar of Enchanting. Although the stones can be acquired by closing Oblivion Gates, the altars can be found within both the Arcane University and on Frostcrag Spire, the latter of which won’t require joining the Mages Guild and completing its trials to access.

The rarity of your Soul Gem will define the strength of your imbued effect. You can get the Magetallow Candles needed to light the altar on Frostcrag Spire by heading to Mystic Emporium on the Imperial City’s Market District and purchasing a box. Be advised; the box will cost over 2,500 gold. To get the sum quickly, I recommend heading to a few farms, harvesting their resources, using them to make potions, and then selling the latter in waves to any merchant.
Frostcrag Spire location and how to unlock
A DLC exclusive location in the original game, you can reach Frostcrag Spire and get a free base inOblivion Remasteredby fast-travelling to Bruna and then heading west toward the spot marked on the map below. The tower won’t be hard to spot and can be easily seen from the city.
Upon reaching the tower, you may enter it by either lockpicking its average difficulty lock or finding its key. Once inside, you can find the area’s Altar of Enchanting in its main hall, left of its Atronach Altar.
