To Evolve a Seedot into a Nuzleaf,all you need to do is level it up to 14.
If your Seedot is jacked because you entered the DLC with a lot of badges down/at a high point in the Paldean story, you just need to raise it by one level to have it evolve.

Alternatively,you can just capture a Nuzleaf wandering the wild to save a step. The exact location of Nuzleaf in theScarlet & VioletDLC can be found on the map above. Just head further east past the Seedot spawn location to find it. I was able to locate multiple Nuzleafs on a hill near the ocean.
