EA’s Chief Financial Officer Blake Jorgensen talked about Star Wars games during a presentation on Tuesday, and he made it clear they don’t want to make a movie game. Jorgensen said, “We’ve done movie games over the years and we wanted to make sure that we weren’t doing a movie game, i.e., game based on the movie.”

Jorgensen went on to say that we can expect to start seeing Star Wars games in 2015 and 2016 from DICE, Visceral Games, and BioWare. So soon we can look forward to seeingBattlefield: Storm Trooper,Dead Space: Jedi, andMass Effect: Star Wars. Or, something like that.
