Shortly after Square-Enix’s surprise annoucement ofFinal Fantasy XIV Online, theofficial websitewas already up and accessible. While not containing a ton of information at the moment, it does confirm thatFFXIVwill also make an appearance on the PC. If you missed the trailer shown during the press conference, you can watch it in much higher quality at the site. Additionally, there are a bunch of screenshots, and they look GORGEOUS. Sure, most of them are from the trailer and are pre-rendered, but that doesn’t make them any less pretty. Go ahead and check them out.
I know I’ll probably buckle and end up buying this. Let’s just hope that, unlikeFinal Fantasy XI, I make it past the free month.
