Earlier this afternoon (that whole “BREAKING” thing was a joke; har har.) Ed Boon spilled theMortal Kombat 9and violence beans with a forcefultweet. “People want an M-rated MK … dammit, we will give them an M-rated MK.”
So, yeah, it looks like Midway is kicking the Bat and Flash to the curb and unshacklingMortal Kombat. It’s a good move. Nobodyhatesdetached spinal cords. In fact, every game should have at least two of them.
