Wikipedia table doesn’t help make that purchasing decision any easier

Earlier today,Cheap Ass Gamer’s Robert Goode pointed out on TwitterthatWatch Dogs‘ Wikipedia pagelisted out every single various edition of the game you could possibly purchase in a handy table that also detailed what piece of content comes with that version. And, well, it turns out there is no “complete” edition of the game you can purchase; not even the giantLimited Edition.

No matter what you choose to purchase strategically at a specific retailer, it is not possible to have all the extra content up front in one complete package forWatch Dogs. There’s also some apparent overlap in theSeason Passwith a couple of the versions. This is pretty ridiculous, but not at all surprising. Games have been doing retailer-specific content for far too long now, with all of said content being found in a round-up DLC pack anyway probably not six months later.

That’s obviously going to be the case withWatch Dogs, but here specifically it just feels disgusting with it all laid out in a nice table. Hopefully companies realize how ridiculous this looks — and is — and end up dropping this sometime soon. I know what this kind of thing does to my fellow collectors out there.
