80% layoffs Nintendo has implemented a large-scale restructuring of its Korean branch, citing layoffs of 80% of its workforce, nearly shuttering the entire operation. 10 of its 50 employees are now remaining, which will relocate to a presumably smaller office outside of Seoul.
