From December 31 to January 16 After a short holiday hiatus, Gearbox was back to work onBorderlands 3fixes, and gave us several post-Thanksgiving updates as well asa major DLC drop. Well, there are more updates on the way, and this one might usher in a few of your most-wanted changes. For starters, Gearbox claims that the matchmaking experience as a whole has been improved on the backend. You also won’t be whisked away into the Maliwan Blacksite event until you have a full party of four; thankfully preventing awkward disconnects that prevent you from actually starting the event in a reasonable amount of time....

Last night wrapped up the second, and I assume final season of AMC’sThe Killing. I didn’t know what to think of the show at first, but man, I loved that show. Classic murder/ mystery with a super grittyTwin Peaksvibe, topped off with what I feel was a pretty satisfying conclusion. Bungie offers preview of Crucible modes and maps Destinyplayers will be able to access a taste of the upcoming expansion,The Taken King, for free next week. Bungie confirmedthat while you won’t be able to test out any new super abilities or increase the level 34 cap, you will be able to play new Crucible modes Rift and Mayhem across eight new PvP maps. Hurry though: the preview — which starts on September 8 — will end on September 14, at which point the maps and modes will only be available to those who’ve splashed out for the new content....
